ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you a motivated sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? As a Licensed Account Representative at Allan Davis State Farm, you will have the unique opportunity to manage your own sales pipeline, build lasting customer relationships, and promote a portfolio of trusted insurance products including auto, home, and life insurance.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales who wants to gain hands-on experience in insurance sales and explore the path to becoming a State Farm Agent. You’ll develop leads, conduct in-depth policy reviews, and close sales while receiving mentorship and support from an experienced team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through multiple channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
  • Manage customer relationships to maximize retention and referral business.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to close sales opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Proven success in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience in solution-based selling is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty, Life & Health licenses (training provided).
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
