Position Overview: As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a critical role in assisting clients with their insurance inquiries, policy information, and claims processing. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in delivering personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance products, policies, and claims.
Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, and general account management.
Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
Process claims and coordinate with necessary parties to facilitate timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Compensation: $16.50 - $21.50 per hour
